Ryan and I met Beth and Scott for the first time during their engagement session that began at Beth’s grandmother’s house and of course, we hit it off. They are so much fun and so easy to get along with. I loved their outfit choices and they quickly became pros in front of the camera!
When Beth and I first started talking about the engagement session, she mentioned that her grandmother lives on Lake Norman and that they would love to incorporate her house into their session. Ryan and I both have very close relationships with our grandmothers so this idea was special to us. The diamond in Beth’s engagement ring is the diamond from her grandmother’s ring and she who will be turning 100 soon! Isn’t that amazing?
We decided to head to downtown Davidson for the second half of the shoot and I’m so glad we did! We hadn’t shot there before but Ryan and I do occasionally go down there for dinner and ice cream and it’s such a pretty place! I will definitely recommend it for future sessions.
We had a great time with these two and can’t wait for their wedding in November at a beautiful country club! I know you’ll enjoy their session!
These are absolutely beautiful pictures. That are a treasure!
